Our facility consists of 95 acres of rolling grass prairies which is exclusively manicured for bird dog training. The distinctive landscaping consists of varieties of objectives, including miles of smooth wired fence line, a duck pond, shade trees, shallow hedges and advantageously positioned strips to provide mixture of cover change up for the ultimate upland and waterfowl training experience.

This property also holds several coveys of bobwhite quail, a few consisting as many as 12 birds, which are often pointed during the training sessions. These wild-like birds can quickly wise up a bird dog of any age. We also have access to 1400 acres of grassland located adjacent to the east of our property line.
